Ideal for kids aged 5-13, the telescoping h-frame of the Kelty Jr. Tioga backpack adjusts to accommodate their growing body. Since the Jr. Tioga is a framed backpack, it naturally features a padded waist belt for total body support, as well as padded shoulder straps and a locking sternum strap. The Jr. Tioga also comes with one outdoor adventure essential: a whistle. 

For storage, this Kelty kids backpack has one large central pocket that contains an internal load pocket, as well as three small exterior pockets – all with zippered enclosures. The largest of the three external pockets has room for a water bag, and has a tube exit port so that your child can stay well hydrated while hiking with the family.
